Emma reached out to me to help capture this stunning event, which was a collaboration between Pacific Fair and the iconic Camilla brand. The event was all about bringing together the worlds of yoga and fashion, and Emma wanted some amazing content for socials. I could tell this would be a shoot filled with style, elegance, and a zen atmosphere. The event was sprinkled with gorgeous details – from the Camilla-branded yoga mats to the beautifully designed IG photo backdrops. Even the goodie bags were thoughtfully curated, making the event feel like a mini celebration of yoga and luxury.

The Vision

While it was initially planned for a rooftop, the Pacific Fair car park turned out to be a hidden gem! Those car park lights that turn red when a spot’s taken? A TOTAL vibe. The team transformed the space by laying down their own wooden flooring and gorgeous decor, making the car park nearly unrecognisable. Plus, being undercover meant no rain interruptions, so we were able to enjoy the event. It was honestly the perfect setting for what we were doing, even if it wasn’t the original plan!

The Location – Unique Twist 

We had an hour for the shoot, and honestly, it flew by! The whole event had such great energy. From the ladies of Camilla, who had clearly put a lot of thought into the details, to the participants who brought an incredible sense of excitement and calming flow to the session, every moment was magical. Emma did an amazing job creating a beautiful atmosphere, and the photos we captured reflected that perfectly. 

The Shoot

Honestly, my favourite part was the event itself. It was so special, with everyone going above and beyond to make it unique. The styling was perfect and the whole atmosphere was one of pure joy. I walked away from this photoshoot feeling grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a talented team. It’s not every day you get to capture a yoga event that mixes style and serenity in such a unique setting.
