When Luxe Yoga + Fitness Studio got in touch for a custom photoshoot, I couldn’t have been more excited. Their vision was to capture not just the space, but the soul of the studio – the energy, the teachers, and the incredible variety of classes on offer.

The Vision

Each class has its own rhythm, whether it’s the calming stillness of yoga, the high-energy spin workouts, or the playful aerial class. The instructors and students exude so much passion and commitment, and I wanted to capture that authentic connection. I aimed to capture moments that reflected the studio’s spirit – focus, joy, and determination, all while showcasing the fluidity of the workouts and the strong sense of community that makes it feel like home.

Nestled in Brookvale, New South Wales, Luxe Yoga + Fitness Studio is one of those places where you immediately feel at ease, with every corner of the studio offering something unique. The studio has a stunning, homely design – clean, open, and filled with light – but it’s the warmth of the people that really makes it stand out.

The Location – Inviting and Inspiring

Another thing that caught my eye was the stunning golden wings mural that adorns the studio walls. It perfectly complemented the vibe of the studio – a place where individuals come to flow, push boundaries, and grow stronger in both body and mind. I was eager to capture that sense of liberation, especially during the aerial classes where students literally take flight.

Whether we were shooting a grounding yoga pose or capturing the intensity of a spin class, the studio provided the perfect backdrop to highlight the flow of movement, the dedication of the teachers, and the enthusiasm of the students. It’s a space where people truly come together to push themselves and support each other.

If I had to choose one thing I loved most about this shoot, it would be the people. The owners, teachers, and students were so genuine and their energy was infectious. The studio felt like a second home to everyone there, and it was amazing to see how comfortable and natural they became in front of the camera. There was a strong sense of belonging and camaraderie that really came through in the photos.
