I recently had the pleasure of shooting with Louise, a yoga teacher and healer who specialises in Shamanic Breathwork, Biofield Tuning, and mindfulness practices. We chose the stunning location of Currumbin Falls to pay homage to nature and Louise’s deep connection to it.

Louise brought along some of her tools and props, including a drum and crystals, and it was amazing to see how she became even more deeply connected to nature during the shoot. The forest provided a beautiful backdrop, and it was an incredible experience to explore it barefoot with Louise, searching for the perfect backdrops and lighting.

Our goal was to capture Louise’s connection to nature and the reverence she has for it. As we walked and talked, I could see Louise’s energy shifting and becoming even more in tune with the surroundings. We were able to capture some beautiful shots of her in various poses, including some with her tools and props, which added a beautiful and unique touch to the photos.

The hour-long custom shoot flew by, and I am thrilled with the final results. The photos are a perfect representation of Louise’s deep connection to nature and her healing practices. It was an honour to work with her, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have captured her energy in such a beautiful location.
